Bought new in April of 2016. Had had nothing but problems. Local Honda dealer couldn’t find anything wrong at first then when after one day of getting it back it would not start they thought it was the inverter shaft turned out the ECM board was fault. They repair it, but again in another months it frequently stopped working. One thing I had learned is Honda will not help you their customer service is a farce. Would not recommend this generator to anyone. I don’t feel the know what they are doing other than replacing parts. It is such a worse product ever.
