Very Bad response from Honda Service Center

Hi,


I have Honda Shine bike. My bike broke up so I registered complain regarding the same. I have insurance from ICICI lombard. I reached to Prakash honda sec -10 on 8th Sep 2016. However they refused to take my bike as they do not have parts. I went again on 21- July-2016 and submitted my bike. My claim is also approved. When I checked today for my bike on 3rd oct they are saying parts are not received.


What they were doing from 1 Month?


whey they confirmed that they have received parts?


This is really bad I am suffering from 1 month for the same. Kindly look into this or do the needful.
