The new Honda CB Shine SP is powered by the same engine as the one that does duty on the exiting model. The 125cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with Advanced Honda Eco Technology(HET) offers a maximum power output of 10.57bhp along with 10.3Nm of peak torque. Honda CB Shine SP’s mileage is rated at 65Km/l.
March 8, 2016: On November 19, 2015, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India(HMSI) launched the updated version of ongoing CB Shine, named as Honda CB Shine SP(Smart Power) at Rs. 59, 900(ex-showroom, Delhi). Presently, Honda CB Shine is the highest selling 125cc motorcycle in India. In February 2015, it got updates in the form of improved HET(Honda Eco Technology) engine, optional CBS(Combi Brake System) and new graphic pattern.
