Power your Dreams

After using a HeroHonda Splendor for 3 years I was looking out for a 125 CC bike with solid engine and good looks accompanied by good

performance. After looking at the HeroHonda Super Splendor, Bajaj Discover DTSi, Yamaha Gladiator, Honda Shine and Suzuki Zeus. A single ride of my

friend’s bike nailed my choice of Honda Shine.

  • Net Power     10.3 bhp @ 7500 rpm

  • Torque     10.9 Nm @ 5500 rpm

  • Rear Suspension     3 Step spring loaded hydraulic

Now to the on-road experience of what I now call my " Winged Bull"....

Having rode a 100 CC bike for so long the solid build and a bigger fuel tank gives a "bull" look to the bike. Residing in a small town riddled with bad roads the ride quality is excellent with minimum gear shifts, but the quality of road takes its toll on the mileage almost giving 55-57 Kmpl. Important

to mention that it is a bike meant for smooth roads where it cruises effortlessly with no noise, but sometimes I think it misses the fifth gear on highways. The seats are wide giving a ideal " family bike" comfort. The only other wish other than the fifth gear would be alloy wheels and a mono-suspension similar to Unicorn.

Other than that I would definitely say it will surely " Power your Dreams "......................
