I purchased shine two years back and by now I’ve driven more than 22500Kms.
I have driven this bike well in city, highways and ghat roads.
Pros:
1)Comfortable for city riding & highway riding( I travelled around 700kms in this bike on higways, you dont get tired soon - good ergonomics)
2)Good acceleration even at low speeds, frequent downshifting is not required.
3)Good for dry roads - provides excellent handling & control.
4)extremely smooth in speeds less than 60 kms
5)consistent mileage in bangalore conditions
6)even climbed the ghat roads without much downshifting
cons:
1)handling in wet ghat roads is tough( rear wheel skids) - you need extra care
2)felt uncomfortable while downshifting the gears
3)vibration in higher speeds >70 - 80 kmph
4)I’ve reached max speed of 95kmph. you can maintain 80kmph consistently on highway( which you feel not sufficient - but fine for 125cc segment)
5)Aesthetics & look are pretty simple
Hence this bike perfect balance for mileage & city conditions - I love it
