I am a huge fan of Honda since long time.Sundaram Motors is excellent place to work.Its just like Govt Organisation.Job satisfaction is good.Job safety is also good.Salary may be less but paid on time.Honda is excellent brand(monopoly in Hyderabad).Huge showroom own premises.Every thing will be done as per rules & regulations.
Yes lot of politics in management levels but no problem if we can do our work happily.I worked there for more than 3 years b ut left due to salary concern & designation.I got identity because iam exemployee of Sundaram Motors.Top management is good & low level are also good But middle management are worst fellows.
Customers rating on the dealership is also good.But accounts dept is not too fast following same old fashion which is major drawback. But overall Sundaram Honda is excellent place to work.
