Problem 1: every morning when u start your bike u leave it for say 2 to 3 min so that the engine becomes free and all the engine oil and petrol is ready to hit the road here comes the night mare as soon as u take the throttle say till 20 to 30 u start getting jerks(hitch kis) it gives u a feeling of no fuel say going in to reserve even if u have a full tank in the tank.
Problem 2: problems started while gearshifting.
suppose I m riding at 60 km/hr at 5th gear. due to some obstacle I apply sudden brakes & speed drops to 4 - 5 km/hr. I quickly press the clutch as engine would stop otherwise. Then I shift the gears down(I want to reach 1st gear from the current 5th). but gear shifts only till 4th, after which it becomes totally free(as if there is no life in gear pedal). however I press hard, gears wont tend to come down.
In the meantime, other vehicles r blowing their horns from behind while I m unable to get the bike in proper gear & move. As a quick rescue, I have to release the clutch slightly & a’kut’ sound comes from the gearbox after which the gears come alive once again & I finally succeed to reach 1st gear. I discussed the matter with SVC guys during my 2nd servicing but of no use. they said they made it ok but prob still persists.
Problem 3: Since I bought the bike I have this trouble in engine which cannot be simulated to make the mechanic understand the problem(I bought my bike in 2012 aug and have done 5600kms) A strange thing happens in engine and sound(karakh) comes out of the bike engine and the pickup drops/increases for a second or 2 when travelling in top gear and in the 3rd gear, it doesn’t happen often. We cannot say when that will occur, the bike runs good for one or two days and then it occurs once and then it won’t occur for some days together. Sometimes it occurs two to three times in a day. To explain it better I can say that it feels like some wheels are slipping in the engine. I don’t know how to explain this problem. I initially thought that clutch is getting engaged while traveling in top gear and explained the same to service guys and every time they adjust the clutch that is it. . I want to know what is making the engine to produce that kind of sound and pick up/ drop in the speed, that too occasionally. I suspect carburetor or clutch plastes inssue.
