The ’’JSP honda motors, anna nagar, chennai, tn ’’ I took a honda unicorn on 09/05/2006. They are doing proper service, Really I am very much feedup with their services.
Third free service(1900 kms) I took my bike to JSP service center but it’s 5 days exceed the service date. so they didn’t allowed me to do the third service , they said you can take the fourth service. so I came back for the day after a month I gone for the fourth service.
Now the third service is lapsed for me and its a black mark for the warranty.
After 1 yrs my battery gets dammanged (It’s not working properly).If I switch on the beam light horn wont work or indicator wont work, like this frequent problem I faced in my bike.
I personaly took the battery to "CO BATTERIES LIMITED , 9, GREAMS ROAD, CHENNAI -6" and changed the battery. Because "JSP HONDA MOTORS " said we won’t take up, You need to claim and get it from the above give address...We paid arround Rs. 60, 000-/- even then we are not satisfied with this bike and response from the "JSP HONDA MOTORS".
Not only this problem , Back side of the vehicle ie. danger light part always gets loosed, gets horrible noice in it..Because of this loose connection & noice my danger light is not working.
where I got frustrated so I locked a complain on them To HONDA India.Now the major problem in my bike is rust on the wheels & silencer all over the body..Now the whole body of the vehicle gets rusted very short period.. ie With in 1 1/2 years I am facing these kind of problems.. (Wheel & silencer parts get very badly rusted).Please give me the solution for this...
For the final free sixth service I left my bike to KUN honda services @ Adyar. I told these problems on 19/08/2006 10.00AM delivery they said on monday 21/08/2006 6.00 PM. I insisted them to change the rusted wheels.. They saying so many stories, like your third service has been lapsed so we can’t take for warranty. Please give me the proper solution for this & take immediate action on this.. Really I am very frustrated after taken this HONDA UNICORN from JSP Showroom..And also I faced so many problems in the bike and service is not good.
For three years my won brother is using HERO HONDA PASSION IN CHENNAI the service is good and NO RUST OR CORRSION IN THE WHEELS..Honda may loose their market to hero honda in which they are very good service and support.
