The Honda Unicorn 150 was replaced by the new Unicorn 160 last year in the market. However, the continuous demand of the bike and diminishing market share in the 150cc segment forced the company to relaunch the bike. Before the relaunch, it was also showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo in February and just after the launch, it outsold the new model by four times.
Powering the new Honda CB Unicorn 150 is the same decade-old 149cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine with a 5-speed gearbox. The carburetted motor produces 13.3PS at 8, 500rpm and delivers a peak torque of 12.84Nm at 5, 500rpm. As we mentioned above, there is no other update to the bike and it continues to feature the old-school analog instrument console.
