- Irresponsible Dealers :
a. They charge illegal extra money for faster delivery of bike/scooter, they send agents to seal the deal for bike or scooter for extra money.
b. They will make waiting time of cheaper model more and costlier model less so that customer cough up more
c. Most dealers are III class cheats, w/o any background of 2 W’s, they are disgusting, dishonest and irresponsible.
d. Dealers foot extra bills in the form of substandard accessories which are priced very high, apart from this they force it to buy with no other option, this practice is not there in any 2 W company. Hero Honda gives free accessories for all bikes as standard fitting.
- After Sales and Service
a. Service centers are like ration shops giving you free service and they behave very badly, staff is irresponsible
b. No response to issues in warranty period, serious issues with bike is rectified within warranty period by charging a bomb on customer. Just imagine carburetor replacement of Rs.6, 000/- charged to customer instead of supplier !!!
c. Staff is not trained properly, they are mainly good at washing and polishing works
d. Labor charges are very astonishing a simple engine problem is charged at Rs.2500 as labor alone, local mechanics can fix the same at Rs.200 or so.
Quality of products itself
I can say the quality of bikes and scooters are not top notch, a 10 year Hero Honda Splendor engine is still not opened for major repair while 45, 000 kms done 2007 Unicorn is opened up for serious engine issues with a bill of Rs.7, 700/- !! An Old Suzuki Fiero whole engine kit is available for less than Rs.2000/- !! Thousands of customers are duped everyday at Honda service center with fake bills and horrible service.
