Rear Shock absorber has not replaced in Warranty.

My name Ajay Anand Reddy Gummi and I bought a HONDA Unicorn from Haiku Motors Pvt. Ltd Domlur, Bangalore on 26th Oct 2010.


Mono Suspension Replacement not given with in Warranty


1) I bought a HONDA Unicorn from Haiku Motors Pvt. Ltd Domlur, Bangalore on 26th Oct 2010.


2) In My 3rd Service(17th March 2011) I have given complaint that Rear Suspension is not working fine, please adjust that, After Service for 1 week it was fine and again it started giving problem.


3) In my 4th Service(25th May 2011), service person told that MONO SUSPENSION HAS BECOME HARDER IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND IT WILL NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY.


4)   One year has not yet completed for my Vehicle, Major part in the bike is not considered in warranty, Honda service Advisor has told me that, please help me out.


Conclusion: It seems Honda Unicorn is designed for even roads, not for uneven roads, My Kind suggestion is not to purchase Honda Unicorn.I wasted my hard end money by purchasing Honda Unicorn.
