I have purchased this bike in July 2013.
I agree with Swami, Service center people are insisting to do replacement of part without any need also they are charging irrelevant charges which they actually not done like engine flushing, chain lubricating. They are not giving the valid tax invoice for this charges only giving estimated challan of fake company. Person should very careful while giving bike to Authorise Service center.
Bike is very good in respect of pick up, handling and control but I have also very big trouble of back pain due to faulty suspension. While 1st and 2nd free service I have complaint for harder of suspension but they do not able to solve the problem. Since It is faulty suspension I have request them to replace it in warranty, but they told that it is not cover under warranty. They are even not agreed that suspension is faulty.
I have paid Rs.700 for 5 year extended warranty but this money is wasted. They are not replacing part in valid reason and also charging huge amount for servicing the bike. Why should we pay extra amount if our local mechanic is doing service better than they and in reasonable amount. If we do not service bike from them then warranty is over.
I have seen that everyone who have brought new CB Unicorn have suspension problem. Company should take this issue seriously and replace all faulty suspension free of cost to maintain there good reputation, image, brand and market value. Otherwise I am dam sure that nobody will buy bike from them. People are buying Honda bikes at higher rate than compare to other brands and manufacture only for good quality. If this image has down, How can anyone buy from them and make extra expenses.
