I am a Honda unicorn owner. I got the bike on release day itself. I booked first from a dealer in Noida. I trusted Honda lot so I booked the vehicle w/o seeing it and w/o having test ride. I was proud to be the first owner of this bike but I realized it was a great mistake I have ever done.
Only thing I like from this bike was its engine. Its pretty good. and getting mileage around 50Kmpl with good power.
From my experience Mono suspension is not good in his bike. I was riding this bike form the past 8 months. Now my back pain started only because to this suspension. When traveling alone we feel jerking form the back side of the bike and this bike.
Due to this jerking back cover also getting damaged. We have to spend Rs.200 for replacing the fiber cover at least thrice in a year. Starting trouble is the other one, even one hour rest will force you to use choke...
I serviced my unicorn from authorized service centers only. I felt that no one is trained well by honda and I get only worst service. I informed all my complaints to the service engineer.
Now condition of my vehicle is worst with poor power and milage, Starting trouble, backside jerking, vibration from the back cover and if u ride it more than half an hour u will get back pain too. Now I am thinking what to do with this bike??
In Hondas official site there is no email address to contact them..
