I am a resident of Hyderabad. Am really happy with the bike. But, the service of this bike is linked with tooooo many problems. Fortune Honda people are not selling spare parts to external people, which means, if your mirror or a speedometers wire is gone, you will have to replace them only in a Fortune Honda service center, and those people will not deliver the bike lesser than one day.
THIS IS PATHETIC
When I asked for reasons they say external mechanics are not fitting the parts properly and hence the are not willing to see parts to external people.
DOES HMSI KNOW ABOUT WHAT FORTUNE HONDA IS DOING?. this is a big question.
If HMSI knows, than, its a blunder to purchase this bike. Otherwise they have to react fast.
If we have taken the a bike from Honda it dosent mean that for small problems also we have to go to service center and leave the bike for one day.
If HMSI is allowing/supporting Fortune Honda in stopping external sales. than HONDA SHOULD PROVIDE SPAREPARTS OUTLET at every place were the vehicle is being sold.
THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND HMSI HAS TO REACT FAST. OTHERWISE IT WOULD FORCE PEOPLE LIKE ME IN RECOMMENDING OTHERS TO NOT TO TAKE "HONDA BIKES"
