This is Sanjeev from calcutta. I have got my new uni in june 25 th this year. I have noticed that, many bike lovers are waiing for too long to get the uni. But in calcutta I have got it within 15 days. How? I am telling you a secret.
First I have decided to pay the amount in full. but I have changed my mind. Because the waiting period.
So I played a game and it works. I went to a HDFC two wheeler loan executive( Who is temp office is the main showroom of honda in minto park calcutta) . Give him the Down payment of 46000 and rest will be the loan amount. Now he took every initiative to deliver my bike. You know why.
So any one can use this tric. And guys please dont go to the sub-dealer, where ever you live, buy from the main dealer. Sub dealers are simply giving your allotted bikes to others against few thousands bucks.
Well friends, the Uni is a piece of gem. Uni is the best @ 150 cc segment, power mileage and performance. I dont wanna hurt other bike holders, but uni is the best. Go for it. you will not regret.
Ok all my friend, here is sanjeev again.
Let me explain some pros of Unicorn. Well which I felt.
The head lamp is a worst. I did not know that the head light is connected to the dynamo not with the battery. so whenever I change my gear. the headlamp is just near switch off condition. it is dull, I cant even see 30 ft.
Sol: Since I m riding this bike from june. I am facing this problem. In very dark knight it is dangerous. So I have installed two HID support light which is directly connected to the battery. And it consumed very less power. Also I need to check the dynamo.
Second, the wobble problem. I feel it very strongly. My tire is worning currectly I have seen it. but in sharp turn I feel it skidding. I know that mono suspension having this problem.
Sol: I have checked the rear wheel, bush and change the suspension to hard mode. Now it is reduced but not 100% ok.
Otherwise the bike is GEM.
Such a smooth engine zero vibaration. I have increased the fuel flow to the engine, because it is new. now the bike is STEALTH.
