My favorite bike for a long time. I love this bike for the comfortable seating position, comfortable riding and suspension, and weight. I had the old version of Unicorn and the latest and last(2015) model of Unicorn. 2015model is what I’m using now. Although I didn’t really want to buy it again, I went for it eventually because I wasn’t convinced with any other bikes 10 months ago. I always wanted the Silver one with 3D logo when I had the old model.
Lack some of the features of this bike, even after years introduction into the market, really made me hate this bike sometimes. Look at Pulsar 150! How many cool features have they added to it over the years? Engine Switch, digital meter, sensors, side stand indicator, parking light(I really wish if the Honda even thought about one). May be some people would not agree with me because they tend to think less technology is better BUT I think we should experience the conveniences and advantages of the modern technology. I always wondered why this stupid Honda India was so reluctant to integrate some of these features to Unicorn. This was one of their best selling product along side Activa.
The difficulty to start and run smoothly in the morning is the most annoying bad quality of this bike. Ahhhh, so irritating. Even after running for some distance, it doesn’t get warmed up and the missing stay on. Initial pick up is so poor and I don’t think it can outrun Pulsar 150 in a head to head. Now I’m really bored of it and want to sell but it seems Unicorn 150 will never leave me as not many people are interested in buying.
