This is my first bike after getting back into it. I wanted something light and comfortable to learn on to help build my confidence and it has done that beautifully. I have a 2012 EFI version in black and it is simply gorgeous to look at, especially for a 250. It’s made in Japan and the quality really shows through - its very nicely put together and you can feel the quality.
It is a delight to ride, handling beautifully and has just enough power to have a bit of fun and throw it around. It sounds great, but if you can find a staintune exhaust, it would be worth lashing out.
Its been completely reliable and very easy to service.
Perfect as a learner/commuter bike and also for a blast on the weekends.
