I recently developed a problem with my Honeywell Air purifier. It simple went dead one day. I found it near impossible to get the customer care number in India as most of the numbers were wrong. Luckily I had noted down the number at the time of sale and I called them. Complaint was registered in October 2024 and escalated several times to their company technical head Bharat Sharma who did not seem bothered either. After a lot of labour one technician turned up check up the device and he promised to return with the spares. He never came of course, and Honeywell does not care either. This is the fate if you buy honeywell products. I do not know how a company can be so indifferent to customers who are their bread and butter. Added to my misery, I only recently bought a filter for this device for Rs.2500. Thats also wasted.
