Honor 7X, a recently launched smartphone which is successor of it’s previous version Honor 6X. This cool, nice and stylish looking smartphone launched in 2 versions 32GB and 64GB. I got a chance to get my hand to 64GB version of it.
Price of the phone is Rx. 12.999 and Rs. 15, 999 for 32GB and 64GB versions.
Basically it is a 6" screen smartphone, which has bezel less display. The phone is slim and stylish looking with 2.5D curved glass screen. Display is crisp and clear, It comes in different color variants Black, Blue and Gold. It has dual back cameras and also fingerprint sensor in the back, it also has a front looking camera. I would give it 8/10 for display and design.
The device runs on Huawei Kirin 659 Processor, which is octa core processor. The device has 4GB RAM. Processor and device performance is excellent and fast, doesn’t lag while using multiple apps or playing games. Talking about gaming, the device has Mali-T830 GPU, which is very good and high ended games also runs smoothly. Phone doesn’t heat much and doesn’t lag. For performance and multitasking I would give it 8/10.
The phone has dual back cameras or primary cameras, which can also record HD videos. Camera and picture quality is nice but not the best, but it’s decent for it’s price. Main camera is 16MP shooter which is helped by secondary 2MP shooter, which gives depth effect to the photos. In daylight conditions pictures are nice and clear, and works okay in low light conditions. It also has an 8MP front camera for selfies, which is decent and you can also add beautification and other stuff. Camera would be 7/10 for me.
Talking about sound and connectivity, phone catches good network signals and call quality is decent, not the loudest. It has hybrid dual sim card support, phone has 3.5mm headphone jack and loudspeakers at the bottom of it. It also has other basic connectivity options like wifi and bluetooth. Fingerprint scanner is also fast and accurate.
This phone is equipped with 3340mAh battery which last a complete day on average usage. Battery charges quick but not the fastest, can take 2 hours or more to charge full.
Overall if you are looking for a mid range stylish looking smartphone with decent camera and good performance also with a good battery life. I would definitely recommend you to buy this phone. It is really good for it’s price.
