Had sent a gift to Suratgarh and the same was delivered without any issue. The best bit was that the product was dispatched the very same day of placing order from Bangalore and then I was able to track the location of the product, which is very reassuring. Not to worry about loss in transit and then calling up Customer Services which is painful.
