My daughter was admitted in this hospital for intussusception surgery. The owner, Dr M.M Rao is chief pediatrician as he self proclaims. But I think is MBA and looting people. He charged me 700 each day to visit my daughter for 2 mins in ICU. And every time he sees her he says she is doing fine. He will draw on piece of paper for you, for the problem. But he himself doesn’t know how to read a x-ray. He once mentioned my daughter’s bowel is fine and it takes time after the first surgery. But then till another 5 days bile was secreted out from her stomach. He kept on saying his same old HOPELESS story. Eventually a second operation had to be done. My daughter was dehydrated and lost lot of blood because of irresponsibility of nurses.
Nurses: They don’t attend your kids at all time in ICU. They have to do chit chat and personnel phone calls. And when I complained they stopped attending my daughter. Finally the nurse duty was over and second shift nurse was nice. She then took care when I asked for special care.
Cleaning: Cleaning forks are every where. In the so called lobby, sleeping on the sofa, playing in the dirty stagnant water outside the hospital, in the ICU cleaning his own finger which was loosing blood. You name it and I have seen it all in HOPELESS hospital.
Rooms: The AC room charge is 1600+250 nurse+DMO+etc= 2700 for a day. All is fine but when your kid is in ICU and you as a attender stay in the room, 1600? Single star hotel(Hotel TAP) in Bangalore charges less than you horrible room. A small road side mirror in the bathroom. Broken doors, broken windows, blood sample lying in the fridge from past patient. You name it and I have seen it all in HOPELESS hospital.
Security: Worst security at the ICU. The lady says that we the parent can infect the patients. True, but my friend why you are without slippers and coming out of ICU, out in the open, scratching everywhere and then coming to main ICU room to call me out. You come with same legs, with same dirty unwashed hands. You name it and I have seen it all in HOPELESS hospital.
Dr M.M Rao: Are you a doc? or is it a joke? You don’t even know to see a x-ray. You have been telling me that everything is fine. Gases are moving in the stomach, bowel sounds are good. Then why there was a second obstruction in the intestine all of a sudden and had to be operated. You could have told me in the start and I could have been prepared. And your daily two minute charge to check her pulse rate is 700 i.e my daughter was there for 10 days. 7 thousand to check pulse rate? I will do it free for your son. HOPELESS!
Junior docs: They won’t give your any information. All they do is Dr Rao knows best. Is she ok, don’t know. Can we feed, don’t know. Then what do you know? Did you buy your degree? Hopeless!
Surgeons: Dr Rao has no surgeons in his hospital. The one who performed first surgery never stays there. He has other hospitals to attend. Only comes for 2 mins for his patient at Hope and leaved Hoepelessly by charging you 700 for each visit. And each surgery he performed, only his charge was 9000. And the pain you gave to my daughter for 5 days after first surgery.?
I cannot pay close to 1 lakh for the blunders you did at your hospital. With no infrastructure, no trained staff and no medical care but loosing HOPE.
