Worst customer service ever, they will not take any responsibility for the any mistake happens by either side, so they just ignore you like anything, fully money minded and not suitable concern for the online business, not even think about their customers and their future business, they will send unknown fraud people to your home in the name of return pick up and delivery, and they will just ignore you, if you complaint about this.
Such a stupid system they are following, they don’t know anything about the delivery/pickup person details also.
