This resort is maintained very badly. We went to this hotel seeing the reviews in the net. We satyed in AC Room which will cost 800/- per night but the facilities provided in the room were worst possible. We went in the month of September/2010 to Andaman. We had to check-in this hotel 2 times. So, each time we were given pathetic rooms. After much argument with the management, we got a room where the bathroom was decent enough and there was a fridge in a room.
The bathroom had moths, cockroaches and what not. You can see pan stains on the walls of the room. This shows that they don’t clean the bath rooms at all.When we went for the second time, we were given a room where the bath room was not cleaned at all after the people who stayed before in that room have checked out. The facilities provided for each room differs and it’s not consistent. Some rooms the TV is only for SHOW and not for watching because it does not work.
The beds provided in the room were stinking. The blankets were also very bad. The whole room itself smells very badly when you enter. And in bath rooms, the wash basin is disgusting. We never used to keep any stuff (paste, brush, soaps...) in the bathroom.
If anyone sees the lobby of this hotel, they will be in a impression that rooms will be awesome. Please don’t fall prey for this hotel and ruin your holiday.
