We had visited for my mom’s knee pain, the doctor did treat well but he advised physiotherapy and during physiotherapy, they burnt her knee due to excessive heating. The practioner was not next to her and by the time they came hearing the scream, the skin and a good amount of flesh was burnt. They just sent my mom back home saying using burnol cream. My mom is diabetic and they did not even feel guilty or do the necessary to treat the burn. It’s been a week now and the wound has become deep and infected. On calling back to the hospital repeatedly, no one cares.
I know these are bad times during pandemic alert, but a matter such as this is not neglible.
The hospital management and doctors should have been responsible enough to rectify/treat their mistakes. That’s the least you can expect from a so called reputed hospital such as this!!
For those of you who plan to visit her for physio, atleast PLEASE ENSURE YOU DEMAND THAT A PERSON STAYS NEXT TO YOU THROUGHOUT!!
