Healthy up-time with good speed for my VPS-based site.
I moved from another hosting company that was okay with performance, but the level of service and performance at HostGator India is incredible. Site migration went smoothly, email accounts were configured perfectly and the speed of hosting accounts is very good. Chat support is better than anything I’ve been through.
The only reason I need help is usually when I do something that is beyond my expertise on the server. I recommend users who know enough to get in trouble but not enough to enter the configuration file. HostGator’s experience is wonderful. Go for it if you are looking at websites long-term.
