Bunch of Crooks including the owner Manu

It is a real shame to loot customers in today’s word. These crooks do not know the importance and credibility of online business.


I am an old customer of Hosting Raja. I am using their hosting and domains for my two businesses. In the past I have faced many issues but I did not bother much. Once I posted about their poor services then they immediately take action.


First of all my hosting account was suspended one day before without any notice. My hosting account validity was up to 26th September 2019 but they suspended it on 25th September 2019. I did not complain about it. I have proof of their messages on my phone about all this thing,


I asked them I want to change hosting plan and then I bought one new hosting package as I do not need higher value plans. I have written several emails to transfer my two domains from old hosting to the new one. But none of their staff members responded.


To my surprise, neither my ticket System getting opened may be you guys have blocked my account. I have no place to complain. Whenever I send them email I am getting automatic replies.


I have book new domain with new hosting 3 days back but till now that domain did not work. Again Hostingraja staff did not check the problem.


Is it their accountability towards customers?


When they want to sell something, they call 100 of timesbut when we buy your services they do not bother to solve the concerns.


Its already been 4 days when I am trying to contact your staff.


I suggest everyone not to rely on these looters.


Their services are zero.

There is no effect on them after writing here a review and now i guess mouthshut is also helping them.
