I am sharing this review after using one year shared hosting and one month cloud hosting plan of Hosting Raja. Actually my website https://ikamai.in was going down frequently I mean regularly by 3 minutes . When I complaint about it to Hosting Raja they said upgrade the plan to Nano Cloud, I did the same and after upgrading the plan within 15 days the problem arrived and in this time my website goes down for 7 hours the problem has been not sorted out till the time I reported the issue to support(i mean they don’t have system to monitor the websites in their servers). In Cloud Nano Plan in every week or within 4-5 days my website goes down for uncertain time, Every time the issue was sorted out after 1-2 hour of reported the issue to support. When I have asked them to provide permanent solution for the same, they again said the RAM is consume more so for upgrading the RAM you need to pay additional charges. When I asked how much I need to pay? they said 6000 additional charges for 5 months while I have already paid 10k for 6 months. I was frustrated and ask them to refund my hard earning money but they refuse to refund. Now in this situation I can’t understand how I can go with any other host? hence I request to everyone please don’t go with Hosting Raja they will snatch your peace of mind, every time you will be in fear to lose your ranking in Google.
