I have been writing many emails to them to configure a simple domain that I purchased from them more than a month ago. Then problem is that whenever I was changing the content of the default index.html, it was not reflecting. Probably they had mapped it wrongly.
I shared my mobile number to them and asked them repeatedly to contact me to resolve the issue which had been persisting for more than a month. Plus given the COVID situation it make things worse. Instead of writing mails cant they just call and resolve small issues such as this instantly?. Guys, seriously! do someone needs a month time to configure a web domain.

Secondly, I get to know that they do not support ASP.NET Core websites in shared server. I have windows Unlimited plan with them and they never mentioned this limitations while providing the plan.
