"Worst service provider we have had ever experienced, we bought a windows hosting for one of our project and there multiple issues, and absolutely no support from the support, to our surprise they took their own time to respond without any resolution and finally delete the tickets without our consent, after waiting for so long for resolution finally we gave up on hosting raja and now we have moved to a new provider without any difficulties we have hosted our solution and running fine,
but hosting raja despite the fact that there was no resolution and they prolonged to give solutions to issue now have not even refunded the amount and when raised the issue to I am being sent to pillar to post first call our call center staff, then they asked me to send a email to crn@hostingraja.in and now after one month of writing the email too now they claim they have resolved all issues and now we are not eligible for refund,
while their refund terms mentiones "30 working days at the time of unavailability of the relevant Service."
they have this delay tactics or close the tickets without any information to the client and the client keeps waiting for response and then they say refund is not applicable
and the language of the support staff is pathetic too
everyone please avoid the buying any services from hosting raja and choose wisely from other services provider.
