Within last 5 days, server crashing 4 times! imagine hosting 50-60+ clients and their emails, websites and everything crashes.
The sales team is super sweet talker which can convert a 20, 000 order into 60, 000 one. but on the name of priority support - all you get is one basic toll-free number(which is mentioned on the site and not even working 90% of the time)
You go to their contact us page which has list of some 4-6 mobile numbers which are switched off on a broad day light! At 11AM, the numbers are switched off which are mentioned on their CONTACT US Page. How frickin ironical is that?!
After escalating complaints, they assign a dummy as an account manager to you who only receives your message on whatsapp - he wont accept calls, he wont reply on their either. Just a bot reading your replies and does nothing.
BUT BUT BUT
the height of their customer support is that when you send an email to their support team raising a genuine concern, they blatantly lie on the ticket just to close it saying they took a remote access and explained the solution however they never took any remote access . this was new low for even them I believe
