My company website is hosted on the Hosting Raja. From 21st Sept I am not sure when my website will be up time. 24th and 26th Sept office closed due to website down. For any problem we try to contact hosting raja team on 1800-123-8642 but no response. from 21st sept to till now never response the any ticket number or on chat or toll free. After website down from 21st sept they have changed the website IP address after that all mails are going into spam. Server is not connected by FTP and working too slow. New Ip address allocated is also showing in blacklisted.
On 27th Sept again found that website IP will be changed. From there side received message of problem in Date Center. I want to ask in how many day you need to resolved the probem. Today is 28th Sept. 7working days gone. If problem is not resolved why not technical team supporting the clients. Why the toll free numbers are given if no one is there for response.
In company staff one sales person telling that technical team is on Holiday. If problem in data center as your mail why your all technical members are on Holidays. First priority is to resolve problem or go all technical members in Holidays.
I purchased Hosting service from hosting raja till 2023 but not its a time to change other wise I should ready for close my company.
