I have to say sadly that I started using hostingraja because I thought It’s an Indian Company.
But they are the group of cheaters.
My Database missing, My 3 year’s e-commerce backend is nowhere. I do not know who deleted all the tables from my database. Apart from me no other person use the c-panel credentials.
I have all the files in the file manager but no database.
When I started contacting Hostingraja support team they are ignoring emails, messages, phonecalls.
When they are going to sell you anything their staff call you even at night to make final deals.
I am planning take legal action against them because I have all the valid proofs.
I suggest you guys never buy any hosting server from this cheap indian company
