I also host with hostonce.com. I have been a customer of this provider for well over a year. my experience is much more positive then some of ones on here.
yes, at times the servers go down. at times, the servers crawl. but, I have always had my issue resolved in a timely manner, I am able to do everything I want, I get an unlimited amount of space and I don’t get hassled.
my support concerns are addressed quickly, with positive responses. these could be a little more helpful at times, but I think this issue would be better addressed in better documentation and help pages.
i have been completely satisfied with my experience. too bad others weren’t.
