I have had nothing but problems with hostonce.com... They have deleted forwarding email addresses so I could have missed sales, site was down many times , once for at least 24 hours...NO PHONE support... It have been waiting for 15 weeks and MY URL is still listed as being owned my them and they said it would be in my name after 2 weeks... I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and beg you to avoid it as much as possible. Spend the extra few bucks and get a REAL ISP. Some of the responses that I have gotten in ’helpdesk tickets’ has been pathetic to say the least. After my site being down for more than 24 hours I get ’’ it is back up is there anything further we can assist you with’ Yeah sure maybe WHY it was down, WHY was my email forwarding info deleted, etc etc
