Hotel Abir situates in Suryasen pally, Siliguri.According to my experience, Coming to the points.1- Room quality of this hotel is average. Rooms are not neat and clean. Rooms at second floor are too much hot at day time as every room dont have AC. 2- Guest services are very bad. No one is responsible here. If you order something, it will be given to you after one hour or more. Cleaning boys are not carefully do their job. 3- Food and presentation is average.food service is very slow and disappointing. 4- Ambiance is not so good.it’s ok if you come here for one day stand.You will not feel free here. 5- According to price rate/day( 500-1000) its ok.but services are very poor. My opinion is don’t go here and waste your money.Thnks.
