We had booked this hotel during our tour to the purulia district of west bengal from Kolkata in the april 2016 . Me and my friends booked this hotel earlier but this hotel harassed us during the check in process . The hotel manager was not helpful. We could not avoid this hotel cause it was a prepaid booking. The staffs’ behavior was rude and they were serving properly.
In the night we need one extra pillow but they were unable to serve. We booked two rooms . The rooms condition was good enough but the modern amenities were not available there. The worst part was that they were giving unhygienic food. We did not enjoy the stay there but we loved the travel to hills. This hotel was not value for money to us . I specially do not recommend this hotel to visitors.
