After my marriege I have to go indore. Me and my hubby and some of my relatives were with me. so we decided to stay in this hotel in night. So my hubby booked two rooms. after 2 minutes my relatives called me that they are not coming they have go out side urgently do not book rook for me. He just told to cancle for two room only book one room. But the staff did not agree and told pay me your rooked room and also half for whom u were told earlier. My hubby said that I booked only 2 minutes before and your all rooms are empty and no one other costomer was there who were booking for that room. but they did not agreed and we have to pay extra money for whom we did not used. They told my room number and did not helped me to go. Now we went to our room, it was dirty and no curtains were in the room. We got my dinner too late night and it was also taste less but prices were too high, They also gave me minaral water with double charge which I can purchase in just half rate. but it was too late to go out side to purchase any other bottle. it was a wasting money experience.
