I booked this hotel in September 2020 via OYO. On the day of check-in I tried to contact hotel but in morning nobody picked up. I booked the room for one night, and paid 1400 for it.
When I reached hotel, the staff was not interested at all. I asked them to find my booking and complete my check-in, but guess what they said that rooms are getting ready so for next 30 minutes I am standing outside the reception which is so called outside the hotel. No sitting area nothing, also the floor was not clean so I was reluctant to put my lugagge on floor.
Now after 30 mins they gave me a room on 3rd floor which is like a slum room, very small and it was nothing like what I saw on oyo app. Now j went back to reception shared my concern to manager and he said that I have to wait another 30 mins to get the room which I booked. I felt like cheated, the standard check-in time was already passed, and I had whole day to work also. Now after one hectic hour I got bigger room, which they claimed to be cleaned. I didn’t got towel, toiletries, water nothing. I literally had to call for everything, the hotel was not like a hotel. I felt it was self service. The standard was not upto the price I paid.
I asked oyo for refund for such stay but nothing happened. I will never go to such hotel who cannot give service and comfort. This was one of the worst stay I ever had.
