We booked 20 rooms in bulk for 3 days of my big family we visited then for some family wedding program. I lived there so I did booking. I went hotel and booked offline with paying advance 3 days ago which was 22 February booking was from 25 to 28. When on 25 we visited there they just provide us 15 rooms even though I booked 3 day earlier they gave to others and just pretended excuses. We had to suffer problem even after paying them we had to manage with 15 rooms.They are totally irresponsible it shouldn’t have happened. My review for them only for this reason is being 2 however service were good on someways but not deserving of 5 star.For service 3.5 star and for what they did they should get minus in reviews.Unfortunately this was my experience with them so if anything happened with you like this ever for bulk booking please be assured of everything first. And with this hotel be very careful
