I came to know about this hotel through goibibo.com and I had made an online booking at this hotel at a discount rate provided by goibibo.com but finally after visit to this hotel I realized that this hotel is not worthy of this discount rate given.
Cons: Lesser staff at this hotel. No breakfast nor any dining facility available nearby. No lobby or garden
I had stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and during that duration no cleaning staff came to clean the room I had complained regarding this issue to the hotel manager but they didn’t took any action.
As It was cold chilly day in jammu, geyser was not working and they had provided us with stinking blankets as if not cleaned after use.
Finally I was not satisfied with hotel and regretted about my booking.
