I had visited this hotel last month during my trip to Vaishno Devi , Katra. This was my my first stay at this hotel. I had booked the hotel for 3 days and was travelling with my family.
I had booked the hotel through Goibibo and there was immense difference between the image shown online than the actual images.
Cons :
No cleaning of the room.
Gyeser not working.
Food served was good but very high prices
Linen not washed properly.
No electricity backup.
Pros.
Location was close to bus stand.
They don’t allow early check in and have to wait till 12 am.
I would advice all of you that please go for other hotels as there are many good at a nominal price.
