We have stayed in this property with our family and big friends group. We booked on the basis of good reviews in agoda and booking.com. Receptionist was so rude and disrespectful. We felt like hotel is doing a very big favour on us while our stay. During pandemic many hotels are suffering big loss and trying to give better service after big break. Calangute toweris opposite of this and offering worst service. We requested for late checkout as our check in was late . They were so rude when refused and then they started calling us continuously to remove your luggage from 11 AM. They send bell boy directly to rooms without informing us. It was literally like throwing us out at 11.30 AM. She was saying other guests are waiting when 60 % hotel rooms were empty. Actually there were Very less tourist in Goa due to omicron. Big 5 star hotels also never shown such attitude but here it was horrible. When we asked about this behavior is receptionist said we don’t need guest like you in our hotels and we didn’t bother about your reviews. Post it where ever you want, we don’t care. Breakfast was not good and Wi-Fi was not working.
