Pathetic is all I can say about this hotel We had called before arriving in Ooty that we were arriving early in the morning and we were told to come along and they would have rooms ready. We arrived and then there it was shock ! Rooms not available until 12.00 noon.
We were so tired after our journey we dint bother waiting and just left and checked into another Hotel. But what I don’t understand is why were we told to come along when rooms weren’t even available. This is ridiculous. Avoid this hotel at any cost and look at other hotels.
