Once in summer vacation me and my family went to ranchi to celebrate our holidays.so we decided to stay in hotel Elite City-upper bazar in Ranchi. but after booking we enters inside and found that the room was not well maintained, it was a small room and dirts are lying on the floors, the beds were not arranged properly. fans and lights were not working and all these had irrited our mind.
the sttaf did’t responds at once and always had to wait for the water or something else. they behaves rudely with the customers. food and presentation is also not good, as they charged high on food items and not cooked well. only few food items are available and not offers any non-veg items. you will have to prefer only with hawal, dal, roti, tadka etc.
as it is located in middle of the upper bazar, in a very narrow street, where not even a rikshaw can go and in day you will have to suffer from, huge trrafics, loud noises, buzzling of people etc. it has no space of parking, not have any balcony sothat you can referesh yourself nmorning. the loud sound comes in late night also which creates problems in sleeping and the whole building is covered with dust.
it is not liable in any way, it takes much price as per the facility it gives, you will noy feel comfortable here and it irritaes one’s mind in staying there.
