I had a recent bad experience with the Indiranagar outlet. We had ordered food online. Spoilt food (chicken) was delivered which led to food poisoning and when complained no action taken.
Absolutely no customer service. They don’t care because they have a fairly good number of customers coming in to the restaurant.
Avoid this restaurant if possible.
