This so called hotels should be de flagged from all web portals, I had a confirmed booking on double occupancy, me wid my wife. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist and the manager simply denied us our room, saying that we are not carrying our "MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE"!
We should them all our govt approved photo id’s, but they were so arrogant and rude as if we were asking him a room for free, on top of that the staff’s attitude was so arrogant and intolerable that they finally stopped listening to us. Then we have to go out and find a new hotel for us.
Finally I called up make my trip and got our refund processed. Its a shame for any civilised person to stay in that kind of environment.Will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
