Let’s start with the good points of the hotel.
Heritage is the one of the tops brand name in Nagpur. The interior was Like a Palace.
It’s a 3star hotel but the interior and service was beyond the 3star. Plus point for that. STAFF
The behavior of staff was very good. They are very kind and helpful. All staff members are very groomed and well maintained even hotel staff are more attractive then the customers. SERVICE. When we entered in restaurant almost 1-2 hour I have to wait for my meal and that is lots of time that. didn’t like. The surrounding atmosphere and interior was overcome that for me but if someone is really hungry then he will pissed of. VIEW, DESIGN, INTERIOR.
The interior of the restaurant was very good it’s like a Palace. The tearice view is very good and refreshing. Overall the they work really hard on the view and looks of the restaurant. TASTE.
I have just order 1 dish and when I finished that dish I just ran of from that restaurant. The taste was disgusting. I have ordered PALAK PANNER, CHAPATI, RICE and trust me that was the worst palak panner of my life. They really need to change their cook. TIPS FOR HOTEL
