Last December, We booked 2 rooms in Hotel Le Repose to accommodate my friends and families for night stay who are all came to my marriage reception held at Tambaram.
Actually, the ambience of rooms are quite good and calm to stay. But when coming to room service it is a pathetic experience for us.
My friends and families who stayed there, mainly complaints about unclean bathrooms, what they used in this hotel. I also witnessed the rooms bathroom, I found that there is no enough water in the taps inside the bathrooms to wash face, to Bath. The most irritating thing is there is also no enough water to flush the toilets. And there is no proper response from hotel staffs even I lodged complaint.
We already organized a cousins betrothal party here 3 years back. That was the time this hotel in the beginning stage of their business. At that time they managed well and provides good services. I don’t know what happened now for the management.
So, please try to improve and provide quality service.
