I’ve been travelling for almost 20 years now and this was my worst and lousiest experience. Shows how nicely designed structures miserably fail to deliver the basic peaceful stay to their customers. The disgusting experience forced me to check out in the middle of the night first time ever in my life. Imagine stepping out in a city like Kullu.
Can’t believe that this hotel didn’t have bell boys! Average stay room was good though the hotel really lacks professionalism! They need to do better! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kullu! Gotta look for other hotels for my next visit. The location of the hotel is one of the only perks
