Hi friends, I wanted to share my opinion about this Hotel Mars classic @ Chennai.
I went to attend one my friend’s marriage recently. This hotel was near to the marriage hall hence I booked a room for 2days here. The ambiance of the hotel is average. The worst thing here which I experienced was the manner less staff. the room boys in this hotel lack unity and literally quarrel in front of the customers for giving service so that they can openly demand for tips. I had forgotten to carry a soap. so I asked a room boy to buy a soap for me from outside but he demanded for money. this was awkward. when I complained about this at the reception, they ignored without taking any action. Again if we refuse to give tips then they won’t give proper service. this unacceptable.
So guys, please avoid visiting this hotel.
